If you wish to exchange your jacket for a different size or style, please contact us at support@ospreyleather.com. Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you, subject to availability.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@ospreyleather.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
