At Osprey Leather, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to assist with returns and exchanges. Please review our return policy below.
Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the jacket must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original tags and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, custom orders, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@ospreyleather.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your jacket for a different size or style, please contact us at support@ospreyleather.com. Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@ospreyleather.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have not received your refund after checking, please contact us at support@ospreyleather.com.
